These are projects and tools in use, and one pro bono site we have retired. We run some of them. The UCLA projects are part of Lincoln’s job as a staff research associate.
We organize with this union, and we built and run its public site. It carries the campaign’s open letter, membership sign-ups, and the know-your-rights material workers need to find quickly.
Workers read the site on their phones between shifts, and we update it the same afternoon when campaign news changes.
The campaign also has a separate, private dashboard. It shows who is connected to whom, who is covered, and where contact has fallen away. Lincoln built it so the union owns its data.
Every screen comes from a demonstration database of invented people, never the union’s own records.
Each rep keeps a few invented members in the loop, so no one is left to a mass email.

County staff and youth service providers need to find a prevention program that fits the people they serve. Lincoln builds and maintains the site that lets them filter a library of practices and read what the evidence says about each one.

A state-funded program needed to screen applications against fixed criteria, assign reviewers who could see only their own assignments, collect their scores, and settle cases where two reviewers disagreed. Lincoln built the portal for that, with an audit trail for every decision. The program ran its review on it.

We built this site free, for a friend who was considering starting a dog-care service. The service never began operating and no clients were served, and Jann is no longer pursuing it, so the site has been retired.
We keep it here as a case study because it is where we worked out how we build small sites now.
