Privacy policy.

• Consult form. When you use the contact form, you give us your name, email, your message, and any organization name you choose to include. You share this voluntarily so we can reach you. A Cloudflare Worker we operate checks the submission for abuse, then uses our Google Workspace mail service to deliver it to our inbox and send you a confirmation email.
• Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand which pages people read and how they arrive. It also records when the consult form is submitted and when a submission fails, which is how we know the form is still reaching us. That record is the outcome only. It does not include your name, your email address, or anything you wrote in the message. It sets cookies in your browser and sends Google your network address, the pages you view, and general device and browser information. Google processes that data on our behalf under the Google Privacy Policy. We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not sell or share this data. You can opt out for every site using Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, and browsers sending Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, or blocking third-party scripts, will not be counted.
• Server logs. We use short-lived server logs to keep the site working and understand aggregate traffic. The log records the requested page, time, response, referrer, browser information, and network address. Every 15 minutes, the traffic report masks part of the network address before saving aggregate data, then clears the raw analytics log. Our web server writes this log itself rather than JavaScript in your browser, so it records the request whether or not you block scripts. It is not tied to a cookie and is not used to recognize you across sites.

This site is served from a server we manage, with Cloudflare in front for routing and security. The site files and our server-log traffic reports stay on infrastructure under our control rather than inside a hosted site builder. Analytics and contact messages still pass through the providers named above and below.

To respond to your inquiry, schedule a consult, and provide the services you ask for. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we don't use it for anyone else's marketing.

Only the service providers that help us operate: Cloudflare for routing and security, including contact-form abuse filtering; our server provider; Google for analytics; and Google Workspace for email. We share only what each provider needs for that work. Nothing is shared for third-party marketing.

We keep inquiry information for as long as we need it to respond and for reasonable business records, then delete it on request.

You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to delete or correct it, and opt out of any non-essential use. We won't discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To make a request, email hello@plantpoweredpixels.com.

We use only the cookies needed to run the site. We don't set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

This site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
