Building and maintaining SUPER at UCLA
SUPER is a WordPress site hosted on Pantheon. Lincoln wrote its custom theme and the plugins for its practices library. He also built a private portal for reviewing grant applications and maintains the site, including security updates.

Lincoln does this work as a staff research associate at UCLA. UCLA owns the program and the site, and it is not Plant Powered Pixels client work.
Editing in Elementor
SUPER staff build and edit pages in Elementor. Lincoln wrote a custom theme for the public site that works with it.
Reviewing applications for a state-funded grant program
Lincoln built a private portal for a state-funded grant program to review applications. It assigns cases, screens fixed eligibility criteria, collects reviewer scores, and keeps an audit trail for each decision. Applicant records are not on the public website.
These screens use invented applicants and remove the program's marks, so no applicant or colleague information is published.

The practices library
County staff and youth service providers use SUPER to find a prevention practice that fits the population and setting they serve.
Lincoln wrote the plugins that make the practices library filterable, so people can narrow the list before they read the evidence on any one practice.
Ongoing maintenance
Lincoln maintains the public site and applies its security updates alongside feature work.
The practices library is live, and the reviewer portal ran the review from screening through decision tracking. Work on the grantee side is still in development.
